I remember it quite perfectly, I brought her to my mommy. I showed her that she popped a seam, “Please, Mommy, fix her for me.”
“Tomorrow” she said and took my bear, And set her on the chest. Then she brought me to my bed, And said “It’s time to rest.”
Every night since I’ve remembered, That bear’s been by my side. That night I missed her greatly, I had nightmares, had to hide.
